The Servisair Edinburgh Airport lounge allows passengers to relax in style and comfort before their flight.

the lounge is available to regular classed passengers for a small fee. For business passengers it is offered as a complimentary service.

Offering a full range of complimentary light refreshments, snacks, soft drinks and wide choice of alcoholic drinks. There is a collection of magazines and daily and International newspapers.

Business travellers at Edinburgh will find the business facilities useful, that include use of business desks and free internet access.

The Lounge invites those passengers dressed in smart / casual attire.

Strictly children over 12 years are allowed entry into the lounge.


How to find the Servisair Executive Lounge - proceed through security control, turn left and the lounge is located next to Gate 4.

All British Airways first and business class passengers may use the BA executive lounge.

bmi silver and gold diamond club members (flying with bmi or bmibaby) can use the bmi diamond club lounge.

Both the British Airways lounge and the bmi diamond club lounge can be found after security control on the first floor.

Passengers will find fixed internet access points operated by Spectrum Interactive located before and after security.

The paid for services can be charged to credit cards or by using pounds sterling (£) and euro (€) coins at the access points themselves.
 
Wireless Internet Access
 
BT Openzone, T-Mobile and The Cloud Networks Wireless offer Internet access points through broadband service.

Hotspots are now extended for cover in the arrivals, the piers and the satellites of the airport terminal, plus the departure lounges. 

Wireless compatible laptops or handheld computers (Wi-Fi 802.11b) can be used to connect instantly to the internet within these wireless hotspots.  Most modern computers have a built-in wireless LAN (Local Area Network) card, and many can be upgraded using a wireless networking card.

How To Connect
 
  • Once inside the terminal, turn on your wireless enabled device.  Most laptops include Intel Centrino wireless functionality as standard.  Other laptops may need a separate card that you can purchase from any major electronics shop.  Dixons should be able to help should you need to purchase a card at the airport.


  • Launch your browser and select the preferred wireless network from the icons on the screen when the service is automatically detected.  The Cloud Networks can connect you through a growing range of service providers, i.e. O2, Skype for internet telephone calls, and Nintendo for online DS gaming.


  • Enter your normal username and password when prompted to finalise connection.


  • If you do not own an account with one of the Airport service providers, it is possible to sign up securely online, or in advance from their websites. 
 
Both the fixed terminals and wireless internet access can be paid for in a variety of affordable payment options.

If your battery is flat, T-Mobile laptop stations located throughout Edinburgh Airport, provide power as well as a dedicated work environment and step-by-step log-on instructions.

Short Stay Car Park
 
The short stay car park is best for stays at the airport of 2 hours or more.

The car park can be found by following the signs for the P Short Stay.  Expect to pay around £1 for up to 10 minutes, with a price of £26.40 for 12-24 hours.

The Helping Hand Parking Service
 
The helping hand car parking service is ideal for those passengers travelling with a young family, with disabilities also.

For the business traveller at Edinburgh Airport it's useful when expecting to meet an important client from their flight.

On arrival, the passenger will be immediately met as they exit the aircraft, with help with their luggage. Once at baggage reclaim the 'helping hand' collects their main baggage of the carousel and then takes them to their transport.

If a passengers is leaving from Edinburgh Airport they'll be met by the 'helping hand' and assistance is given with luggage, they are offered preferential fast track through security. Even a personal shopper can assist them in the departure lounge.

Pricing is subject to availability and require pre-booking. Pre-booking constitutes as two hours prior to departure and one hour for the arrivals service.  Prices inclusive of VAT for individuals and groups of up to four are as follows:
